Marketing Foundations will develop a priority list of core competencies in three steps. First, we will conduct an on-site operations overview. Second, we will conduct a series of in-depth interviews with key company employees. Our intent is to solicit their perceptions regarding your current capabilities and to develop a better understanding of the depth of your organization’s skills and culture. We will then schedule with you an organization profiling session to discuss our results and reach consensus on the range of competencies and opportunities for enhancement. Once completed, we perform market research in order to identify, prioritize and seize profitable market opportunities.
